Every successful build starts with the dirt under it. Site prep means taking raw ground and turning it into a clean, compacted, drained pad that's ready for a foundation, slab, driveway, or structure. Skip this step and you'll pay for it later in cracks, settlement, and water problems.

Cut and fill
Move dirt to create the right pad elevation. Cut from the high side, fill to the low side, haul in or out as needed.
Grading to plan
Finish grades set to engineer's spec or architectural plan. Laser level verified.
Compaction
Fill compacted in 8-inch lifts to 95% Standard Proctor — no settlement under your foundation.

Cut / fill / compact
Earthwork to pad elevation, compacted in lifts, tested.

Rough grade
Pad set and rough-graded for drainage away from the build.
