Why it matters
The stuff under the ground is what lasts.
Everything visible on a site — the house, the driveway, the patio, the garage — rests on what the excavator did. If that base is wrong, everything above it is on borrowed time.
Drainage starts here
Every excavation we do is graded with drainage in mind. Water has to have somewhere to go, or it'll go where you don't want it (into a basement, under a slab, through a foundation).
Proper depth, every time
Frost footings to 48 inches. Water lines to 7 feet. Electric to 24 inches. No guessing. Code is a floor, not a ceiling.
Site left clean
When we leave, the job site is graded smooth and cleared of debris. No surprise rocks in the topsoil, no ruts across the lawn, no mess for you to deal with.
