Shed & outbuilding pads
4-inch slab with wire mesh or fiber, sized 12 inches wider than the footprint for drip clearance.

Concrete Services · Duluth, MN
Not every slab is a driveway or a garage floor. You need a pad for a shed, an AC condenser, a hot tub, an RV, or a new detached structure. We pour slabs sized and spec'd for the load — not just a rectangle of concrete, but a base that's been prepped properly so it doesn't heave, crack, or tilt over the first winter.
What you get
4-inch slab with wire mesh or fiber, sized 12 inches wider than the footprint for drip clearance.
Engineered for point loads. We calculate bearing and rebar based on fill weight and tub or unit spec.
6-inch reinforced slab on compacted base — handles the axle loads without cracking.
Built to manufacturer spec with anchor bolts cast in place where required.

Seen on the ground
Every concrete slabs job we take in Duluth and the Twin Ports gets the same treatment: a careful site walk, a written estimate, proper prep, and work that holds up through Minnesota winters.
If you’re not sure whether we’re the right fit, call — we’ll tell you honestly. If it’s outside our wheelhouse or service area, we’ll point you to somebody who can help.
Our process
We look at the intended load, drainage, and access — and price accordingly.
Soil cut to proper depth, 4–6 inches of Class-5 compacted.
Forms set level with proper drainage slope, rebar or mesh placed, anchor bolts located.
4,000 PSI mix, finished to your preference — broom, smooth trowel, or exposed aggregate.
