We pour slabs sized and spec'd for the load — not just a rectangle of concrete, but a base that's been prepped properly so it doesn't heave, crack, or tilt over the first winter.

We look at the intended load, drainage, and access — and price accordingly.

Excavation & base
Soil cut to proper depth, 4–6 inches of Class-5 compacted.

Form & reinforce
Forms set level with proper drainage slope, rebar or mesh placed, anchor bolts located.
- 04
Pour & finish
4,000 PSI mix, finished to your preference — broom, smooth trowel, or exposed aggregate.

- We pour at least 11x13 so you have 6 inches of clearance on every side. That keeps water off the bottom plate and gives you a solid edge for anchoring.
